- We will be primarily communicating by email and/or text message. Online booking only.

- We may alter your appointment time to allow for time between treatments.

- We ask you to stay home if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.

Masks are optional, please let your therapist know if you prefer them to wear a mask during treatment.

- Arrive alone and unaccompanied, unless patient is a minor or infirm and needs assistance

- Arrive a couple of minutes early.

- Hand sanitizer dispenser in the room for patients and therapist available to use

- We will clean all points of contact between appointments

- Time is allotted between appointments to allow for full and thorough cleaning

Cancellations require 24h notice. Failure to do so will result in charge of full treatment charge.

First time customers, please, only book one massage until we establish if it is the right treatment for you and if subsequent treatments are needed.
